1. Information We Collect
When you submit a Founder Waitlist registration for our engineering hardware (TentRack Pro or GrowBridge Pro), we collect only the minimum information necessary to communicate production milestones:
- Email Address: Used solely to notify you when small-batch production schedules are confirmed.
- Equipment Specifications: Tent pole diameter (16mm/22mm) or lighting controller brand to ensure batch sizing matches cultivator needs.
- Quantity: Number of units requested for allocation planning.
2. No Client-Side PII Storage
We do not store your email address or personal identifying information in browser localStorage or cookies. Submissions are transmitted directly to our secure Cloudflare D1 database via encrypted HTTPS POST requests.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
GrowBase does not sell, rent, or trade waitlist subscriber data to third parties, marketers, or data brokers. Outbound notification emails are dispatched through direct transactional email channels strictly for reservation updates.
4. Data Retention & Opt-Out
You may request the deletion of your waitlist record at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon request, all associated records in our leads and outbox stores will be permanently purged.
5. Anonymous Click Telemetry
To evaluate cross-brand compatibility interest and rank adapter solutions, GrowBase collects privacy-first anonymous interaction telemetry. We record only event names, product and cable identifiers, outbound destination links, timestamps, and automated bot classification flags. We do not record IP, Cookie, User-Agent, or any personal account identifiers. Telemetry data is never joined with waitlist submission records.
