Founder Waitlist Terms

1. Nature of the Waitlist (Zero Deposit)
Joining the GrowBase Founder Waitlist does not require upfront monetary payment or credit card authorization. Submission of the waitlist form constitutes an expression of interest and reserves priority placement for small-batch CNC/PCBA production lots.
2. Locked Target Pricing
Waitlist registrants receive first-right-of-refusal for the verified target pricing:
- TentRack Pro: $99.00 USD target price.
- GrowBridge Pro: $89.00 USD target price.
Final payment will only be requested when units complete engineering validation and shipping dispatch is scheduled.
3. Production & Engineering Validation
All units are currently undergoing small-batch engineering validation. No fixed delivery date is committed at this stage. Actual production schedules and readiness are communicated transparently via email updates.
4. Cancellation & Non-Binding Status
Either party may cancel a waitlist reservation at any time prior to order payment confirmation without penalty or obligation. Contact [email protected] with your registered email to modify or cancel.
